Educator Profile:
Welcome to Mel’s Little Rugrats Family Day Care. Our warm and inviting environment is filled with multiple choices for children to explore. We have a quiet reading corner full of amazing books and cushions for children who want some time to just sit and relax or enjoy a book with a new friend. My variety of play experience and area’s allow children to make choices on how they would like to spend their day. We enjoy nothing more than being actively involved in mess play experience using slime, Foamy Bubbles, shaving cream and good old mud.
Children have opportunity to interact with our Bunny, Winter and our chickens. Feeding the chickens scraps and collecting eggs to make a delicious healthy afternoon tea is one of the children’s favourite experiences. Winter our Rabbit likes nothing more than a good scratch and for the children to feed her carrots.
I offer overnight care and weekend care for those parents who find it difficult when working commitments are split shifts.
Qualification:
CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care 2018
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 7.30am til 5.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: On Request
Overnight: On Request
