Establishing professional collaborative relationships with my families, I have found over the past 10 plus years ensures a sucessful child care placement.
Play has been shown through studies and my own experience to be how children learn best. The Early Years Learning Framework guides my practice and also supports the importance of play and the establishinment of quality learning environments. Therefore I create an environment where children can explore their own learning experiences through discovery and investigations. I strongly believe children learn through play and my service encourages and allows children to discover and create their own experiences.
