Spirit of Play
Here at Spirit of Play Family Day Care children have the opportunity to be actively involved in learning about our environment, sustainability and keeping our bodies and minds healthy. Our environment is full of adventure, exploring everything from aquaponics, looking after our chickens and the nature based materials we use on a daily basis throughout our exciting learning experiences. With our diverse multi-cultural community I have experience in helping little ones overcome language barriers and we discover and explore as a group traditions and ways of being.
My service offers a quiet place for children to relax, multiple play areas for children to use imaginations and outside adventures for the more adventurous. I offer healthy sustainable meals throughout the day using the best organic produce which is often from our garden.
On our weekly excursions children are invited to visit our local community Gardens and actively help in expanding the growth of organic vegetables for the community.
